Dr Alan Louis Chairman: Louis Group (Europe)

Since graduating with a PhD in Commerce, Alan has spent 23 years at the helm of numerous South African and international companies. He has amassed considerable experience in entrepreneurship, finance, corporate leadership and private property funds. He has spent a large part of his career creating solutions for complex business problems and spearheading one of the Group’s private property syndication enterprises. In 2008 Alan and his father were recognized as the No. 1 executive team in South Africa and also the No. 1 Real Estate enterprise. He currently serves as Chairman of Banque Louis SA.

Michael Ansell Managing Director

Michael has held several directorships with the Group and was Chief Communications Officer before being appointed as MD of operations in the UK; he is also the Dean of Louis Group’s wholly sponsored Business Academy.

Patrick A. Wild CEO: Banque Louis

Patrick Wild has a long and successful track record in private banking. He joins Banque Louis from his position as Head Private Banking Overseas (America, Far East, Middle East & Africa) for the VP Bank Group, where he was also a member of the Executive Management of VP Bank (Switzerland) Ltd. Other career highlights include being the Chief Executive Officer at Julius Bär Family Office, serving as Managing Director at Bank Leumi Switzerland) and being on the Management Board at UBS Private Banking.

Lynn Keig Managing Director: Louis Group Isle of Man

Lynn is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries, the International Compliance Association and the Chartered Management Institute. She holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool and has served as a Director of Louis Group (IOM) Ltd. for the past four years. Her private and public sector experience has seen her act as Company Secretary of a licensed bank, Legal Manager for an insurance group, Managing Director of a CSP, Group Company Secretary of a leisure industry group and Finance Officer and Secretary to the Financial Supervision Commission.

Hannes Cloete Chief Property Officer

Hannes has been with Louis Group since 1998, when he began in the Facilities Management team. Over the years he has gained extensive experience in all aspects of property management. In 2003 he was appointed head of the Group’s Property Services division and then, in 2007, as the Group’s Chief Operating Officer for property.

Andrew Nardone Chief Financial Officer

Andrew Nardone graduated from the University of Cape Town and is a registered Chartered Accountant. He was a partner in the well know South African firm, Greenwoods Chartered Accountants, where he worked for 22 years. His management skills encompass the areas of human resources, operations, conflict and personnel. He also has extensive general consultant expertise in a wide range of areas, including auditing, taxation, compliance, risk management and financial reporting (IFRS).

Michael Swain Chief Communications Officer

Following a 25-year career in South Africa and the United States of America, where he successfully directed the operations and communications for a diverse range of organisations, Michael was appointed in 2009 as Chief Communications Officer of Louis Group.
