LYNN KEIG APPOINTED AS MD OF LOUIS GROUP ISLE OF MAN

Alan Louis announced yesterday the appointment of Lynn Keig as the new Managing Director of Louis Group (IOM) Ltd.. The strategic appointment is effective from 1st July, 2010 and will enable Paul Flude to be released from this position and to assist us with Louis Group Trustees (South Africa), a joint venture between himself and Louis Group.

Lynn, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries, the International Compliance Association and the Chartered Management Institute, holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool and has served as a Director of Louis Group (IOM) Ltd. for the past four years.

We also want to take this opportunity to thank Paul Flude for his valuable contribution to Louis Group (IOM) Ltd. and to wish both him and Lynn well in the new chapter of their respective careers.
